Senior Advisor

Vince Spero is a Senior Advisor to Bemis Consulting LLC. Vince has extensive experience in commercial lending (CRE & C&I), SBA lending and Residential & Consumer lending, and specializes in building and managing high performing sales teams. Vince held multiple leadership roles at Peapack Private (NASDAQ: PGC), including Chief Lending Officer, Head of Commercial Banking, and Head of Commercial Real Estate Lending. Prior to Peapack, Vince cut his teeth at Lakeland Bank (now Provident Bank) and Commerce Bank (now TD Bank).    

 

A resident of Northern New Jersey, Vince is married to Jeanette and has two adult children. He maintains an active role in his community, having volunteered for numerous organizations over the years.
