FOUNDING PRINCIPAL

​​​Finn Caspersen, Jr. is the founding principal of Bemis Consulting LLC.  Finn has extensive experience within community banking, having served in multiple executive positions at Peapack-Gladstone Bank (now Peapack Private – NASDAQ: PGC) and Provident Bank (NYSE: PFS).  At Peapack, Finn served as a director and as SEVP, Chief Strategy Officer, SEVP, Chief Operating Officer, SEVP, General Counsel, and EVP, Chief Risk Officer.  At Provident, Finn Served as EVP, Director of Retail Banking Operations, and a director of Beacon Trust, the bank's wealth management subsidiary.  Finn has also served as long-term consultant to Lakeland Bank (which later merged with Provident Bank).  Finn founded Bemis Consulting LLC to help community-based organizations adapt and thrive.

Finn and his wife Emily, a high school teacher, have four adult children and reside near Boston, Massachusetts.  Active in the community, Finn has served on the boards of multiple not-for-profits.
