Founding Principal

​​​Finn Caspersen, Jr. is the founding principal of Bemis Strategic Consulting. Finn has extensive banking experience, having served in multiple executive positions at Peapack Private (NASDAQ: PGC) and Provident Bank (NYSE: PFS). At Peapack, Finn served as a director and as SEVP, Chief Strategy Officer, SEVP, Chief Operating Officer, SEVP, General Counsel, and EVP, Chief Risk Officer. At Provident, Finn Served as EVP, Director of Retail Banking Operations, and a director of Beacon Trust, the bank's wealth management subsidiary. Finn also served as operational improvement consultant to Lakeland Bank (now a part of Provident Bank). Finn founded Bemis Strategic to help community-based organizations thrive.

Finn and his wife Emily, a teacher, have four adult children and reside near Boston, Massachusetts. Active in the community, Finn has served on the boards of multiple not-for-profits.
